Sky House Herb School + Apothecary

The Sky House School & Apothecary offers herbal apprenticeships, workshops, retreats, and gatherings for curious & conscious wellness seekers. Based in the lush forests and hillsides of Minnesota, we’re proud to work with clients from around the world through a mixture of digital apprenticeships and in-person events and classes. Sky House owner, Ashley Elenbaas, RH(AHG), has over 20 years experience teaching and working as a clinical herbalist. Her courses emphasize the creation of a personal connection with the plants and using herbal medicines, art, ritual as part of the learning process. Topics include growing herbal medicine, creating an herbal apothecary, herbal energetics, doctrine of signatures, materia medica, medicine making, and custom formulation. Students are encouraged to visit her during the summer months for her Garden Gatherings held in her apothecary garden in Minnesota which incorporate a hands-on element to their learning.
