Hello! I’m a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator and Registered Herbalist specializing in female reproductive health conditions.
I live in northern California, and see clients both in-person and online. I offer small-group classes or 1:1 consultations for women wanting to learn the Sympto-Thermal method of fertility awareness so they can accurately and confidently identify the fertile and infertile days of their cycle AND gauge health and hormones. (I’ve been using this method for 10 years and CANNOT say how beneficial it’s been in my life and for all those who take the time to learn it for herself).
Teaching women how to chart is especially helpful for cases of unexplained infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles, and more.
