Ashley is a clinical herbalist, educator, and community facilitator with over 15 years of experience in plant medicine and more than 20 years in healing movement practices. She earned her M.Sc. in Clinical Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2008 and a B.A. in Integrative Health Studies from UMBC. She is the founder of Sky House Herb School & Apothecary and previously studied Environmental Restoration at UNC–Asheville. Ashley has shared her love of plants and movement in a wide variety of settings, including farms, schools, and addiction recovery centers.
Her work weaves together clinical herbalism, earth-based spirituality, art, yoga, and ancestral traditions. While she is not currently seeing clients one-on-one, Ashley continues to share her expertise through online apprenticeships, mentorship, workshops, herb walks, and seasonal gatherings that focus on plant connection, community wellness, and spiritual growth.
Based in Minnesota, she lives in the Minneapolis area with her husband, two daughters, two English mastiffs, and two bearded dragons.
