Andrew is a teacher of herbal medicine and in private practice as an acupuncturist, clinical herbalist, and integrative family nurse practitioner. He has a doctorate of acupuncture and Chinese medicine a master of science in nursing, is a graduate of David Winston Center for Herbal Studies and Kerala Ayurveda Academy. In his practice he integrates theory from holistic nursing, acupuncture, Japanese Kampo herbal medicine, Western herbal medicine, Chinese herbal medicine, functional medicine, ayurveda, reiki, yoga and the martial arts. He has been teaching courses in Asian medicine, yoga philosophy, energy medicine and the martial arts for almost 20 years.
