Celebrating with Symposium Sponsors!
American Herbalists Guild Celebrates 25 Year Anniversary!
Now in its 25th year, our Annual Symposium is a celebration of the vital, ever-expanding role herbal medicine plays in modern health care. This November, beginning and experienced herbalists from all walks of life will gather at Callaway Gardens in Georgia as we explore new directions in herbal medicine!
This year’s symposium honors many of the herbalists who founded the Guild along with past presidents and councilors, and members from around the world. Many of AHG’s founders will be joining us for the weekend. And one of the highlights of our gathering is the 25th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday night. This evening event is sponsored by Red Moon Herbs, and features sumptuous oer d'oeuvres and Soldado!, a rockin' dance band. This year’s band is made possible through a generous donation from the Georgia Herbalists Guild.
Admission to this special event is included with your Symposium registration ticket, however, symposium registration is not required to attend, and Anniversary Celebration tickets may be purchased for $25.00. To purchase a ticket click here, and select the last option.
Our annual Silent Auction also takes place at the Anniversary Celebration. Proceeds from this fundraiser go towards the Herbalists Health Trust and the Annual AHG Community Service Award.
The Herbalists Health Trust was established in 2001 to provide financial support to those within the herbal community, not limited to AHG members, who are facing a health care crisis and may need financial support to get the care they need.
The American Herbalists Guild Annual Community Service Award honors an individual or group that contributes significantly to the herbal profession through community or environmental service related to herbalism on the local or national level.
Would you like to donate to the Silent Auction at this year’s Symposium? We welcome goods (both hand-made or store-bought) and services. Contact the AHG office for details about where to send your donation. Your donation will be prominently displayed at our Saturday evening reception where attendees will be able to bid on each item.
The AHG is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your contribution is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. On request, we are glad to provide a receipt on letterhead for any donation.
The American Herbalists Guild is deeply grateful for the generous support of our sponsors. Their contributions allow us to continue to fulfill our organizational mission and support the important work of our members as herbalists in their communities.
Our sponsors include some of the leading herb related businesses in the world. Let them know you appreciate their support of the Guild. See a complete list of our sponsors, and links to their websites, below:
