It is estimated that 50% of infertility cases are due to stresses on the male reproductive system. In fact, standards for normal sperm count have been lowered due to so many who did not qualify. Infertility affects an estimated 15% of couples globally, amounting to 48.5 million couples. Males are found to be solely responsible for 20-30% of infertility cases and contribute to 50% of cases overall. Declines in sperm count, form and motility can be reversed with changes in diet, lifestyle and herbal intake. In this class we will cover diagnosis, lifestyle and dietary changes and herbs for male infertility.
