Herbs can be packed with nutrients and minerals that are essential for the healthy function of our various body systems. Having this understanding, some may consider ingesting herbs, therapeutically, for their nutritional properties more so than their medicinal benefits. This webinar will include a survey on the nutritional content of various readily available herbs and how they might compare to the content of commonly used dietary supplements. We will explore when if, when and how they might be used to address nutritional deficiencies.
