Symposium Registration Instructions

Getting ready to register for our 30th Annual Symposium? Please read and follow these instructions before clicking here to register. For instructions on registering for the Virtual Symposium, click here.

Step One: Read up on Symposium and decide what you want your experience to be. If you want to really immerse yourself we are offering pre-Symposium and post-Symposium intensives on Thursday, October 10 and Monday October 14. If you are aiming to earn the Clinical Assessment in Herbal Practice, you must attend the post-Symposium intensive on Monday, October 14, so don't forget to add it when you are registering. If you sign up for intensives on Thursday, October 10, or plan on arriving early, you don't want to miss the Thursday Mixer, make sure to add your ticket when registering.

Half Day Intensives:

Thursday, October 10- 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Thursday, October 10- 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Full Day Intensive:

Monday, October 14- 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Step Two: If you are not a member of the AHG, now is the perfect time to join or renew your membership! Members receive a discount on their symposium registration. If you are a member, make sure to log in to our website before you register to receive your member discount. Email us if you have any trouble logging in.

Step Three: You will enter your name and email address. You will also acknowledge you have read the AHG Code of Ethics.

Step Four:  If we have given you a discount code, please enter it and click "Apply."

Step Five: You will then check boxes to register for the Full Symposium, Day Passes, Intensives, and other events. If you are not a member or are not logged into the website the member prices will not appear.

Step Six: Next, you can add a donation to support our award winners. Learn more about the AHG awards here. You can also donate to support regional scholarships to Symposium. When you have made your selections click "Continue."

Step Seven: On the next screen you will have an opportunity to confirm your event fees and personal information. Once you click "Continue" you will be taken to Paypal to make your payment. Once your payment is made you are registered for symposium! You will receive an email that includes the event dates, location, and contact information. This email will also serve as the receipt for your payment.
