Robyn Klein

Robyn first started on the path of herbalism in 1980. Her primary teacher was Michael Moore (class of 1995). Known for her fascination with the literature of medical botany, Robyn also works for a design consultancy, Biomimicry 3.8, with a team of very clever biologists. That work has allowed her to research the survival strategies employed by living organisms. This includes the bioactivity and mechanism of action of medicinal plants and their mutualistic networks. Robyn is an educator and medical botanist (M.S., 2004) and encourages the growth of medicinal plants.
