Amy RNielsen has a MS Clinical Nutrition and is a classically trained chef and journeyman herbalist following traditional western paths. Their research centers the intersection of the endocannabinoid and gastrointestinal systems. Their practice grows out of personal experience, having been diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2014 where a driving focus is on evidence-based holistic disease mitigation and management in a trauma-informed compassionate setting.
