I’m proud to combine my passion for herbal medicine with the science of food & nutrition. It’s only natural to focus on culinary herbalism with hope that I can help people to bring herbalism into every day life through their kitchens. I am grateful to also have had the opportunity to immerse in Traditional Chinese Medicine while working with my mentor and integrate this in my work as much as I can.

Whether you have a diagnosed disorder, or recurrent nightmares, I'm trained to work with you and alongside your doctor if necessary, using plants, food, and your sleep environment to your advantage. Beyond this I also support clients with chronic illness, auto-immune conditions, digestive disturbances, and allergies, among other things. Locally I conduct educational herb walks, and medicine making workshops. You can find me in person or over video conference for a consultation. I'm a Certified Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator and Registered Herbalist. I live in northern California, and see clients both in-person and online. I offer small-group classes for women wanting to learn the Sympto-thermal method of fertility awareness to gauge health and hormones, or use for natural contraception, or timing conception. Teaching women how to chart is especially helpful for cases of unexplained infertility, PCOS, endometriosis and other female reproductive health concerns. When possible, I use fertility charts as an assessment tool in deciding how to best formulate for clients.
