James Snow, RH (AHG)

James Snow is Interim Academic Director of the Integrative Health Sciences  Department at Maryland University of Integrative Health where he previously  served as Director and faculty for the Master of Science in Herbal Medicine Program.  He is a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild (AHG) and has  practiced as a clinician and/or trained clinical students since 1994.
James has conducted and published research on the cognitive effects of rosemary, is  a contributing author to the Gastrointestinal Nutrition Desk Reference, and sits on  the editorial boards for Alternative Medicine Studies and the Journal of the  American Herbalists Guild. He has served as a subject matter expert and reviewer  for multiple journals and organizations including the American Herbal  Pharmacopoeia, the Appalachian Center for Ethnobotanical Studies, and Journal of  Medicinal Food. His current work includes development of rating scales and  questionnaires for wellness-based research.
