Refund Policy

Written requests for a refund must be sent to the Symposium Coordinator at symposium@americanherbalistsguild.com. Please allow 48 hours to receive confirmation of your request.

General Registration

Before October 10, 2014: Full refund less a $45.00 processing fee. After October 10, 2014: No refunds of any kind will be issued, however your registration fee may be transferred to another person who is attending the 2014 conference OR applied to registration fees for the 2015 symposium.

Intensives

Before October 10, 2014: Full refund will be issued. After October 10, 2014: No refunds of any kind will be issued, however your registration fee may be transferred to another person who is attending the 2014 conference OR applied to registration fees for the 2015 symposium.

Mental Health Post-Symposium Intensive

Before September 12, 2014: Full refund will be issued. After September 12, 2014: No refunds of any kind will be issued, however your registration fee may be transferred to another person who is attending the 2014 conference OR applied to registration fees for the 2015 symposium.

Please Note: All teachers listed in the 2014 Symposium schedule have been confirmed for this year’s event and no changes or substitutions are planned. However AHG reserves the right to make changes to the teacher line-up and symposium schedule as needed.
